Frequently Asked Questions: 

Hall Rental Rates: The standard rental rate is $500. Saturday rentals are $600. A separate $400 cash security deposit is required and will be fully refunded after a post-event inspection of the hall. 

Types of Events: The hall is available for most types of events. Common rentals include parties, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, meetings, birthdays, retirement celebrations, and military deployment or homecoming events. Please ask about special military rates.

Hall Capacity: The legal capacity is 100 people. The main room can comfortably seat approximately 100 guests.

Dance Floor: A 10' x 20' dance floor is available.

Do we have access to the entire hall?:  Your rental includes access to the second-floor hall only, with entry through the front door of the building. A bar area with a sink is available for your use, but you must provide your own refreshments. There is no kitchen available. Entry times on the day of your event are flexible. 

What's included?:  We provide 60-inch round tables that seat up to eight people each, 72-inch rectangular tables for serving, and chairs. We do not provide bar service or sell alcohol. All beer and liquor are BYO (bring your own). Linens, cutlery, and other party supplies are not provided.

Setup: Depending on availability, setup may be allowed the day before your event. You will have access to the hall on the day of your rental for setup.

Is the hall handicap accessible?:  No. There are six steps at the front entrance to the building. Please see the photos below for reference. 

Booking: A date is not considered reserved until a signed contract and the $500 or $600 rental fee are received. A $400 cash security deposit is also required when picking up the key the day before your event.
